I dreamt of you last night
and I fell out of bed twice

That one so unfamiliar could give you a feeling of such tenderness and such love.
A feeling of belonging so strongly.
But novelty does not contradict familiarity. At least not in my dreams, where all is possible, if luck grants it.
I am so solitary in real life and so starved for some change of that fact.
It's a hunger building up inside of me, attempts to sate it usually fail, for lack of the right diet.

I loved with all my heart,
not so very long ago,
and if I'm quiet I can still hear it smart,
for I had to let love go.
The storm has settled to a breeze
which still occasionally ripples the lake
